Unlike many other internet retailers who buy their equipment from brokers on the "gray market", we buy our gear directly from the manufacturer. This way, you can be assured that every product we carry comes with the full manufacturers warranty. No funny business! Also, we ship gear assembled and tested, and you can be assured that the manual in the box will be in English. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

150% price protection

If, within 30 days of your purchase from Scubamart.com, you find the same item advertised by an authorized SCUBA dealer for less, email us the ad and we will give you 150% of the difference as a credit towards your next purchase of scuba diving equipment. 150% Price Protection does not apply to special order products that are not listed on our web site.

Special Orders / Backorders

You'll notice that some of the items on our site say "On Order". That just means that we don't have it in stock at the moment, but it's on its way. You can still order any "On Order" product, and we'll get it to you as soon as possible, usually within two weeks. Backorders are only billed when shipped and your shipping cost stays the same (as if your entire order was shipped together).

Discounts

From time to time we offer discounts on orders placed through our web site.  Discounts are applied to the entire product order and do not include shipping charges, unless the discount is a shipping specific discount.   Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified in the promotion.  If a discount asks that you spend a particular amount to qualify, it refers to that amount and above.

Shipping

Orders where the merchandise total meets, or exceeds $50.00 USD and where the shipping destination is inside the 48 contiguous United States, qualify for free Ground shipping with UPS. If free Ground shipping is selected as your choice and your destination is not inside the 48 contiguous United States, we will request that you pay all shipping charges, or we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm PST, for in-stock items, will ship that same day. Orders placed on weekends for in stock items will ship on the following Monday. Stock is subject to prior sale. All orders ship via UPS with the exception of PO Box addresses which ship USPS.

Delivery time is determined by shipping method chosen at time of checkout and is based on weekdays. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment in their shipping guide. When the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment, the decision by the carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.

International Orders

Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees that may be due at time of delivery. You can check with your local customs department to find out what these fees may be before placing an order. All international orders can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card being used for payment. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.

All International orders may require additional time to verify the validity of the charge. This includes, but is not limited to a ScubaMart representative calling the issuing bank to ensure the credit card owner actually placed the order. If your bank or issuing credit card company cannot be identified and contacted, or is uncooperative, we may cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect fraud.

Shipping Methods

  • Free Shipping - Your order will be delivered 1 - 10 business days after your order is placed. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will use UPS Ground.  Free shipping, when applicable, is available only in the Continental United States.
  • UPS Ground - Your order will be delivered 1 - 10 business days after your order is placed.
  • UPS 3 Day Select® - If ordered by 2pm (PST) your order will be delivered by the end of day, 3 business days after your order is placed.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® - If ordered by 2pm (PST) your order will be delivered by the end of day, 2 business days after your order is placed.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver® - If ordered by 2pm (PST) your order will be delivered by the end of day, the following business day.
  • UPS Standard to Canada - Your order will be delivered 4 - 10 business days after your order is placed.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited® - Your order will be delivered 2 - 5 business days after your order is placed.
  • USPS International (US Postal Service) - Your order is usually delivered 4 - 10 business days, for Priority mail and 1 - 3 weeks for Airmail Parcel Post.


Returns or Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and we're happy to accept your return. You will receive a full money back refund (minus shipping costs, if any) if you return your product unused and in its original condition (all manufactures packaging and owners manuals/warranty forms must be included) within 30 days of purchase date. We are happy to accept other returns after 30 days of purchase for a store credit. Please email us at returns@scubamart.com with your name, address, receipt number (found in your account) and the name of the product you would like to return. We will then issue you a return authorization code (RMA#). Please do not return products without a RMA as it will be very difficult for us to provide you with a proper credit.
